Have you ever just stopped and done nothing?


No, well this poster I created has some ideas to help you do just that, stop and relax. I really enjoy taking time out of my busy day to do things that I enjoy either by myself, with friends, family or pets!


There are so many great resources online that can help us relax. On our remote learning sheet, that the teachers share on seesaw, there are some useful online videos! These include: Flow, Think about it and Empower tools from Go Noodle.


You can also download free apps on the app store called ‘Smiling Mind‘ and Mindful Powers! So just stop and relax do nothing!




Mrs Stockton also told us about a great series called ‘headspace guide to meditation' on Netflix. Why don't you watch the trailer to see if you would like it?
