Worry Box

During our assembly we decided to introduce the worry box- another avenue for children to share their worries online. They will be checked by the mini techies and Miss Archbold every week.

We wanted to introduce the box with a bang so we created some mini videos with the teachers to model how the box can and will hopefully be used.

The worry box role play was about Mr Lennon, Miss Archbold, Miss Fretwell were worrying about pictures online, someone calling people idiots and people talking about a game that someone isn't aloud to go on. The worry box can help if they ever they have a problem online, say if they had a problem that they don't want to tell us, they don't need to be scared. They will be sorted in no time and they will be safe online!

Our mini techies Fran, Charley and Lucas were our starring actors and actresses in the role play using the videos the rest of the team had put together and edited previously. Children loved the drama and were roaring with laughter at some of the teachers and their worries. We think it will be used lots and hope it will let children feel safer.
