Coming to a parent near you soon!

It has come to our attention that Online Safety is a growing worry in schools. This year our goal is to tackle it head on and the Online Safety Warriors are here to help! We are going to teach children how to stay safe online whilst still having fun. Surfing the internet can be like surfing in real life- the odd shark might be lurking in deep waters, unknown to its surfers/users. We want to show our classmates how to recognise good decisions.

Just like real surfing, you need grownups to support you in your learning- we all need to talk to our parents about Online Safety just for that little bit of guidance everyone needs!

Tonight, going home with you is an issue of Digital Parenting and we want to promote the information it will give your parents. Although this isn’t for you to read, please encourage your parents to read it as it will help them keep you safe online.
